Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH) requires proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services to carry out the scope of work outlined under Section 2.0 Required Services for improvements to the Small Craft Harbour (SCH) at Pangnirtung, NU. The harbour supports inshore and offshore commercial fisheries, ensuring that local fishing operations have access to safe harbours and landing facilities.
