NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Request For Standing Offers (RFSO) number: 1000271058 This request for standing offers addresses the requirement of the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. Land Development Planner Expert Services: CIRNAC is seeking contractors to deliver expert advisory services in specialized subject areas. The services will be required on an as and when required basis, requested with a Call-up. QUALIFICATION An Offeror, including related entities, can submit Offers in response to this RSFO.
