Description
The Canada Council for the Arts' Information Technology section requires access to qualified professional services providers to support ongoing IT operational requirements and project-based initiatives on an as-and-when-required basis. General requirement The Contractor must provide information technology professional services, on an as-and-when-requested basis, in support of the Canada Council’s operational, maintenance, enhancement, modernization, transformation and advisory requirements. The Contractor must actively support knowledge transfer to Canada Council personnel proportionate to the scope, complexity and duration of each engagement. Deliverables, documentation, training materials, presentations, knowledge transfer activities and related services may be required in English, French or both official languages, as specified in the applicable call-up.
