Contractul consta in livrarea de "Piese de schimb cu rezistenta marita de pana la 100 % pentru morile de măcinare și uscare cărbune DGS 100" conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini nr. 827 / SER / TH din 23.09.2026, emis de a S E Rovinarii. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor la sectiunea intrebari in SICAP. Entitatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde numai la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul limita, stabilit pentru primirea acestora. Criteriul de atribuire : Pretul cel mai scazut / lot (se aplica pentru ofertele admisibile) .
