Description
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je modernizace nemocničního informačního systému (NIS) formou rozšíření funkcionalit. Bližší podmínky předmětu veřejné jsou v technické specifikaci dodávky tvořící část C. zadávací dokumentace a v návrhu smlouvy, který tvoří část D. zadávací dokumentace. Veřejná zakázka není dělena na části. Zadavatel nerozdělil veřejnou zakázku na části z důvodu, že poptávané plnění tvoří jeden funkční celek – nemocniční informační systém – a tyto dodávky tedy nelze nijak logicky rozdělit. Pro vyloučení pochybností zadavatel explicitně uvádí, že servis není součástí plnění.
