Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Toute autre date de démarrage des prestations indiquée (notamment dans l'AAPC) ne le serait qu'à titre informatif. Les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre et du délai indiqué dans l'acte d'engagement. La liste des lycées concernés est indiquée dans le CCTP
