Description
Kommunens målsättning är att köpa in rätt produkter med god kvalitet på ett optimalt och kostnadseffektivt sätt. Detta ramavtal ska tillgodose kommunens behov av löpande inköp och leverans av: Arbetskläder och vinterskor till kommunens Förskolor och Fritidshem. Säljaren ska utföra uppdraget i enlighet med vad som anges i avtalet, upphandlingsdokumenten, lämnat anbud och handlingar i övrigt. Köparen får inte nekas leverans av de produkter som omfattas av avtalet om inte särskilda skäl föreligger.
