Objet des travaux : Travaux de rénovation de la piscine et du hall omnisports d'Aywaille. Situation et lieux d’exécution : Le bâtiment se situe Esplanade du Fair-Play 1, 4920 Aywaille Parcelles : Aywaille 1°DIV- section C-610 t4 et k3 Programme : les inondations de juillet 2021 ont très fortement impacté le centre sportif d'Aywaille, provoquant l'arrêt total de l'exploitation du bâtiment. Aujourd'hui, le hall omnisports est à nouveau en activité, mais la piscine n'a toujours pas pu rouvrir ses portes au public et nécessite d'importants travaux de rénovation. Dans le cadre de ces travaux, la commune d'Aywaille souhaite améliorer les infrastructures et repenser le bâtiment sous différents aspects : gestion des accès et des flux, performances énergétiques et recours aux énergies renouvelables, anticipation face aux risques de futures inondations, réaménagement des espaces pour une utilisation optimale, ...
