Description
В предмета на поръчката се включва изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи съгласно техническата спецификация, изискванията на ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му, включително съставяне и подписване на приложимите актове и протоколи по време на строителството - от откриване на строителната площадка до приемане на строежа, съгласно Наредба № 3 от 31 юли 2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството. Обектът е участък от общински път MON 1041 от км 4+830.85 до км 5+793.43 с дължина 962,58 м. Предвидените СМР включват подготвителни и земни работи, изграждане и възстановяване на пътната конструкция и асфалтовата настилка, отводняване, ограничителни системи, пътни знаци, маркировка и съпътстващи работи според техническата спецификация. Строежът е III (трета) категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3, буква „ж“ във връзка с буква „а“ от ЗУТ.
