Description
Projekt se gradi u četiri faze: (1) izgradnja nove zgrade Gradske tržnice uz Ulicu Đure Estera, sa zelenom tržnicom, prodajnim, ugostiteljskim, servisnim i upravnim sadržajima; (2) rušenje stare tržnice i formiranje središnjeg javnog trga s intermodalnim terminalom (BusKo, BicKo) i ekološkim parkiralištem s punionicama za električna vozila; (3) izgradnja Polivalentnog centra (Po+P+2) s Knjižnicom „Fran Galović", višenamjenskom dvoranom i prostorima za civilno društvo i edukaciju; te (4) izgradnja nerazvrstane prometnice s parkiralištima i pripadajućom komunalnom infrastrukturom. Sva rješenja temelje se na važećoj prostorno-planskoj dokumentaciji te propisima o gradnji, zaštiti od požara, energetskoj učinkovitosti i pristupačnosti, uz primjenu održivih materijala i energetski učinkovitih sustava.
