IZGRADNJA NOVOG OBJEKTA DOMA ZDRAVLJA ZAGREB - ZAPAD -AMBULANTA ŠPANSKO CPV oznaka i naziv: 45215140-0 Predmet javne nabave je izvođenje radova na izgradnji Doma zdravlja Zagreb zapad – Ambulanta Špansko, na lokaciji k.č.br. 5363/3 k.o. Donje Vrapče, u Zagrebu. Planirana je izgradnja samostojeće građevine javne i društvene – zdravstvene namjene, projektirane kao suvremeni zdravstveni objekt kompaktne forme s jednom podzemnom i tri nadzemne etaže (Po+Pr+2). Ukupna građevinska bruto površina građevine iznosi približno 5.830 m², od čega se oko 1.150 m² odnosi na podzemni, a oko 4.680 m² na nadzemni dio građevine. Građevina je oblikovana kao pravokutni volumen s centralnim atrijem i organizacijom prostora koja omogućava funkcionalno odvajanje javnih, komunikacijskih i medicinskih sadržaja.
