Gentofte Kommune udbyder som hovedentreprise nedrivning og miljøsanering af den eksisterende bebyggelse på Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C, matr.nr. 8li, Gentofte. Nedrivningen klargør grunden til opførelsen af Ny Lindely Plejehjem, som udbydes som totalentreprise i et selvstændigt udbud (TED 607791-2026). Grunden overdrages til totalentreprenøren ved afleveringen. Nedrivningen omfatter ca. 1.980 m² bygningsareal inkl. kælder fordelt på tre adresser, Sankt Lukas Vej 7A, 7B og 7C, samt tilhørende befæstede arealer, fundamenter, terrændæk, installationer og ledningsanlæg. Entreprisen omfatter miljøsanering forud for nedrivningen, herunder fjernelse og bortskaffelse af asbest, PCB, bly og øvrige miljøfarlige stoffer, samt selektiv nedrivning med sortering og genanvendelse af bygge- og anlægsaffald.
