JORTON A/S er på baggrund af bekendtgørelse 2026/S 44-150131 udpeget som delegeret bygherre for projektet "Kolding Stadion – Etape 3". Etape 3 udgør en væsentlig del af den fortsatte udvikling og modernisering af Kolding Stadion og omfatter etablering af nye faciliteter ved stadionets nord- og sydside. Etapen skal sammen med den allerede etablerede vesttribune bidrage til at skabe et mere sammenhængende og funktionelt stadionanlæg med forbedrede faciliteter for spillere, brugere, tilskuere, sponsorer og øvrige besøgende. Etape 3 omfatter overordnet følgende hovedarbejder: -Etablering af nordtribune med tilhørende bygnings- og publikumsfaciliteter. -Etablering af sydtribune med tilhørende bygnings- og publikumsfaciliteter samt et underliggende parterre med omklædningsfaciliteter og tilhørende funktioner. -Etablering af bygningsrunderinger, som forbinder nord- og sydtribunen med den eksisterende vesttribune.
