Tämä on uusintajulkaisu aikaisemmin julkaistusta tarjouspyynnöstä "HUS 174-2026 Kirurgiset haavaimutarvikkeet". Uudessa julkaisussa käytetään samaa HUS numeroa kuin edellisessä julkaisussa. Tätä tarjouspyyntöä on päivitetty aiemmin julkaistuun HUS 174-2026 -tarjouspyyntöön verrattuna seuraavasti: -IPI-asetusta koskeva vaatimus on poistettu. -Liitteen 1 "Hinta- ja tuotelomake" osa-alueen 9 position 9.2 kokovaatimusta on täsmennetty siten, että aiemmin virheellisesti senttimetreinä ilmoitetut mitat on korjattu millimetreiksi. HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia kirurgisista haavaimutarvikkeista. Hankinta on jaettu 12 osa-alueeseen (=tuoteryhmään) seuraavasti: 1. Dreeni-imu ruttuimupalkeella ja keräyspussilla runsaan vuodon dreneeraukseen 2. Dreeni-imu imupalkeella kohtalaisen vuodon dreneeraukseen keräyspussilla 3. Dreeni-imu imupalkeella matalatehoisella imulla ja keräyspussilla 4. Dreeni-imu passiivisella imupalkeella ja keräyspussilla 5. Dreeni-imu paljeimu ilman keräyspussia kohtalaisen…
