Description
Hankinnan kohteena on VTT:n liikelahja- ja logotuote- sekä henkilöstölahjakokonaisuus. Toimittaja vastaa tuotteiden hankinnasta, varastoinnista, tarvittaessa tuotteiden merkkauksesta, tilauskäsittelystä, asiakaspalvelusta, tuotteiden pakkaamisesta ja lähettämisestä sekä raportoinnista. Kilpailutuksella etsitään toimittajaa kahden (2) vuoden sopimuskaudelle. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen VTT:llä on optio jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa kahdella vuodella, yksi vuosi kerrallaan (1+1). Tavoitteena on, että sopimus tulee voimaan joulukuussa 2026 ja varsinainen hankinnan toteuttaminen alkaa viimeistään tammikuussa 2027. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
