L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet l'approvisionnement en produits d'entretien à l'usage de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Omer, du Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale et des communes de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de St-Omer qui ont décidé d'adhérer au groupement de commandes pour tout ou partie des lots : Arques - Bellinghem - Blendecques - Campagne-lès-Wardrecques - Ecques - Helfaut - Longuenesse - Mentque-Nortbécourt - Moulle - Quiestède - Racquinghem - Saint-Martin-Lez-Tatinghem.
