Le syndicat mixte Sambre Mobilités, en tant qu'Autorité Organisatrice des Mobilités dans son ressort territorial, souhaite s'équiper d'un système billettique interopérable. Des équipements devront être fournis et installés à bord de la soixantaine de véhicules du parc, ainsi qu'à l'agence Stibus et chez une quinzaine de dépositaires, mairies et CCAS répartis sur le territoire. Dans le cadre de la démarche d'interopérabilité Pass Pass, la carte Pass Pass sera le support principal utilisé par les usagers réalisant des déplacements réguliers sur le réseau Stibus ou en correspondance avec d'autres réseaux partenaires. Le CB2D sur papier thermique viendra compléter la gamme de supports pour les usagers réalisant des trajets occasionnels
