Description
Die HLS-Installationen umfassen die kompletten Leistungen ab der Bodenplatte für den Neubau einer Kita mit 168 Plätzen in 2-geschossiger, massiver Bauweise, nicht unterkellert. Das Gebäude wird über eine Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe (Kältemittel R290) als monoenergetische Anlage beheizt und im Sommer zur Lufttemperaturabsenkung gekühlt werden. Die Wärmeabgabe erfolgt über Fußbodenheizflächen als Tackersystem. In den 24 Gruppen- und Schlafräumen wird die Fußbodenheizung mit einem hybriden Zuluftsystem (Multifloor) in der VB-Konstruktion ergänzt. Die Luftabsaugung erfolgt in den Sanitärräumen. Die Luftaufbereitung erfolgt über 4 Zonenlüftungsgeräte mit Wärmerückgewinnung und Luftleistungen bis 1.600 m3/h. Die Sanitärinstallation umfasst 6 Sanitärräume mit kindergerechter Ausstattung für jeweils 2 Kindergruppen und insgesamt 7 weiteren Einzel-Räumen für das Personal, den Außenspielbereich bzw.
