Description
Die Aufgabe des Auftragnehmers (AN) besteht im Neubau zweier Fernwärmeleitungen (Vorlauf/ Rücklauf) inklusive mitzuverlegender Medien und der vorlaufenden Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung (Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen gemäß der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI), Leistungsphase 5 bis 9), einschl. der Materialbeschaffung. Der Baustellenbereich liegt im nördlichen Stadtgebiet von Görlitz, Stadtteil Königshufen. Die Trasse verläuft hauptsächlich im Straßenkörper der Schlesischen Straße (ab Neiße Park) bis zur Kreuzung Nieskyer Straße und weiter in der Nieskyer Straße bis Kreuzung Girbirgsdorfer Straße. Die Straße hat Hauptverbindungscharakter (B 99) und ist mit Asphalt befestigt. Die Verlegung erfolgt in offener Bauweise.
