Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Gerüstarbeiten im Rahmen des Neubaus eine Coworking-Space in Lübbenau/Spreewald. Der Neubau besteht aus vier Etagen (drei Voll- und ein Staffelgeschoss). Das Gebäude ist rund 20 m breit, 50 m breit und rund 17 m hoch. An den Giebeln befindet sich je ein Treppenhaus mit Aufzugsschacht. Diese sowie die Geschossdecken bestehen aus Stahlbeton. Die restlichen Wände bestehen zum einen Teil aus einer Holzständerkonstruktion mit vorgesteller Holzfassade sowie einer Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion. Im Zentrum des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Atrium welches sich von der 1. bis zur 4. Etage erstreckt und mit einer Glaskonstruktion abschließt um Tageslicht in das Gebäudeinnere zu bringen. Die Arbeiten sind abschnitts-/ geschossweise mit fortschreitendem Rohbau auszuführen. Die dabei zu montierende Innenkonsole wird in Vorbereitung der Fassadenarbeiten abgebaut, durch ein Innengeländer ersetzt und später wieder ergänzt. Es ist folglich von mehreren Bauabschnitte…
