Description
Die Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH errichtet an der Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst einen Krankenhausneubau. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Baureinigung des Neubaus, bestehend aus: - Bauzwischenreinigung: Geschossreinigungen der Bauteile mit und ohne Bodenbelag während der Ausbauphase, - Bauendreinigung (stufenweise, je Bauabschnitt vor Inbetriebnahme): Patientenzimmer, Funktionsräume und Treppenhäuser, ca. 14.950 m² Bodenflächen, ca. 11.530 m² Wandflächen, Einbauteile und Einbaumöbel sowie ca. 4.500 m² Fenster-, Tür- und Torflächen, - Sonstiges und Stundenlohnarbeiten. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise (3./4. OG, 1./2. OG, UG/EG) nach Maßgabe der Fristenliste (Anlage 1.1 zum Leistungsverzeichnis). Die Baustelle wird über ein Logistikkonzept mit verbindlichem Logistikhandbuch gesteuert.
