ACHTUNG! DIE ANGEBOTSFRIST ENDET AM 26.10.2026, 13:00 UHR! Die Stadt Leipzig plant die umfassende Modernisierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Rückmarsdorf am Standort An der Friedenseiche 4 in 04178 Leipzig. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, den bestehenden Schulstandort weiterzuentwickeln und die Voraussetzungen für eine zukunftsfähige Nutzung des Schulgeländes zu schaffen. Während der Bauphase wird zudem eine Interimslösung mit Containern eingerichtet. Den Auftakt der Baumaßnahme bilden umfangreiche Rückbau- und Abbrucharbeiten. Dabei werden das bestehende Schulgebäude, die alte Sporthalle sowie weitere Nebengebäude, darunter ein Schuppen und ein Fahrradunterstand, vollständig zurückgebaut. Auch befestigte Außenflächen, Wege, Schächte und unterirdische Bauwerke werden im Zuge der Arbeiten entfernt. Nicht mehr benötigte Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen werden fachgerecht abgetrennt und verschlossen. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wird insbesondere auf den angrenzenden Gebäudebestand Rücksicht…
