Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die zeitlich befristete Überlassung einer Standardsoftware (Miete) zur Nutzung durch die Auftraggeberin sowie durch dritte Kooperationspartner:innen der Auftraggeberin, die Implementierung, der Betrieb einschließlich Wartung und Pflege inkl. der Bereitstellung und Installation neuer Programmstände im Rahmen eines sog. Software as a Service - Modell (SaaS). Die Administrationsaufwände sowie die fortlaufende Aktualisierung des Contents der Anwendung werden ebenfalls vom Auftragnehmenden übernommen. Das System soll interne Beratungs-, Vertriebs- und Rückgewinnungsprozesse unterstützen. Gleichzeitig muss es allen rechtlichen, vergaberechtlichen, datenschutzrechtlichen und IT-sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen einer öffentlichen Körperschaft entsprechen.
