Die AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse bietet allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen ohne Auswahlentscheidung Rabattverträge mit o.g. Wirkstoff an. Die Vertragsschlüsse erfolgen im Rahmen eines "Open House-Modells". Die angebotenen Verträge sind nicht exklusiv; Verträge mit allen Marktteilnehmern (pharmazeutischen Unternehmen) sind seitens der AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse gewünscht. Im Open House-Modell gelten für alle Teilnehmer einheitliche Bedingungen. Vertragsinhalte, Konditionen und Zugangsverfahren sind einheitlich - individuelle Verhandlungen werden nicht geführt. Die Vertragslaufzeiten betragen maximal 24 Monate, der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.12.2026. Alle Verträge enden spätestens 24 Monate nach dem Tag des frühesten Vertragsbeginns, unabhängig vom Datum des jeweiligen Vertragsschlusses. Ein Beitritt bzw. ein Vertragsschluss kann innerhalb des 24-monatigen Zeitraumes jeweils zum Ersten eines jeden Monats erfolgen. Es…
