Το αντικείμενο της δημοπρατούμενης σύμβασης αφορά στην μελέτη και κατασκευή του έργου με τίτλο «ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΚΕΝΤΡΟΥ ΥΔΑΤΙΝΟΥ ΑΘΛΗΤΙΣΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑΜΟΡΦΩΣΗ ΧΩΡΩΝ ΠΡΑΣΙΝΟΥ». Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε 19.000.000,00 € (πλέον Φ.Π.Α. 24% ) και αναλύεται σε: Κατ’ Αποκοπή Δαπάνη Εργασιών: 12.945.900,00 € Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.): 2.330.262,00 € Απρόβλεπτα (ποσοστού [9]% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.), που αναλώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους του άρθρου 156 παρ. 3 περ. (α) του ν. 4412/2016: 1.374.854,58 € Απολογιστικές εργασίες με Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε. (Δαπάνη ΑΕΚΚ, Αρχαιολογία, Μετατοπίσεις ΟΚΩ): 153.400,00 € Δαπάνη Αναθεώρησης, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 153 του ν. 4412/2016: 513.463,42 € Δαπάνη Μελετών : 892.120,00 € Δαπάνη Εξοπλισμού: 790.000,00 € Δεν προβλέπεται ρήτρα πρόσθετης καταβολής, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 149 του ν. 4412/2016.
