Description
Assigned Certifier Services for Maynooth University Student Building Extension and Refurbishment Development will comprise of the construction of a circa 2000m2 new extension building and circa 1600m2 of refurbishment works to Maynooth university's existing Student Union Building to provide union administration spaces, core student spaces, student lifestyle spaces and ancillary spaces, together with associated site services. The Assigned Certifier shall provide all professional services necessary to fulfil the statutory role of Assigned Certifier in accordance with the Building Control Acts, Building Regulations, Building Control Regulations, Building Control (Amendment) Regulations, the Code of Practice for Inspecting and Certifying Buildings and Works, the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), and all associated statutory requirements.
