Iepirkuma priekšmets ir dažādu instrumentu piegāde endoskopiskajām manipulācijām 24 (divdesmit četrus) mēnešus no līguma spēkā stāšanās dienas vai līdz tiek sasniegts nolīgtais preču apjoms naudas izteiksmē (kurš nosacījums iestājas agrāk) saskaņā ar tehnisko specifikāciju-tehnisko-finanšu piedāvājumu un līguma projektu. Preču piegādes vieta – SIA “Jūrmalas slimnīca”, Vienības prospektā 19/21, Jūrmalā. Iepirkums sadalīts 4 (četrās) daļās. Pretendents var iesniegt piedāvājumu par vienu vai vairākām pilnībā piedāvātām iepirkuma daļām. Pretendentam piedāvājums jāiesniedz par pilnu atklāta konkursa priekšmeta apjomu, t.i., par visām norādītajām pozīcijām konkrētajā iepirkuma daļā.
