Description
Background Tønsberg municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement for painting and covering services as the existing contract has expired and must be replaced. The procurement shall ensure that the municipality still has access to the necessary services for ongoing maintenance and planned upgrades in the municipality's buildings and sites. The municipality has a continual and increasing need for external and internal surface treatment in, among other things, schools, nurseries, health buildings and other purpose-built buildings. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the right quality, predictable delivery and effective follow-up of assignments across entities. The framework agreement shall contribute to good use of resources, clear call-off routines and stable delivery ability throughout the entire contract period.
