Description
I. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Przebudowa budynku Biblioteki Głównej i Instytutu Historii Uniwersytetu Opolskiego. 1. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia ujęto w załączniku nr 1A do SWZ (folder plików). 2.1 Zamawiający umożliwia dokonanie wizji lokalnej budynku Biblioteki w celu zapoznania się z miejscem wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia. 2.2 Przedmiotowa wizja nie jest obowiązkowa i nie będą miały zastosowania przepisy art. 226 ust.1 pkt 18 ustawy. 2.3 Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wizji lokalnej znajdują się w Rozdziale I pkt 3.2.7 SWZ II. Pozostałe informacje 1. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. 3. Na podstawie art. 95 ustawy Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy (w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy (t.j. Dz.U. z 2025 r., poz. 277 ze zm.) osób wykonujących wskazane poniżej czynności związane z realizacją…
