Przedmiotem zamówienia realizowanego w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” jest budowa hybrydowej instalacji źródła ciepła opartej na: 2 jednostkach kogeneracyjnych gazowych, pompie ciepła o mocy 1800–2400 kWt w zależności od punktu pracy, z czynnikiem R717, pracującej naprzemiennie w zależności od chwilowych parametrów na dwóch dolnych źródłach – powietrzu atmosferycznym i wodzie z rzeki, kotle gazowym 2950 kWt z ekonomizerem 311 kWt oraz magazynie ciepła. Całkowita moc cieplna instalacji w paliwie wynosi 5,78 MW. Instalacja zapewni niskoemisyjne pokrycie zapotrzebowania na ciepło Osiedla Płocka i Celulozowa we Włocławku. Gwarantowanymi Parametrami Technicznymi magazynu ciepła są: pojemność wodna wewnętrzna (geometryczna) ≥ 300 m³ oraz spadek temperatury wody w strefie gorącej w okresie postoju ≤ 2 K/dobę. Pojemność geometryczna jest określana bez odliczania stref martwych dyfuzorów. Wskazana w Istniejącej Dokumentacji Projektowej pojemność cieplna ≥ 12 MWht jest wartością obliczeniową…
