Część I realizowana będzie w dwóch etapach: Etap 1 – budowa schodów terenowych wraz z chodnikiem oraz gospodarka szatą roślinną na działce nr 886/4, obręb Bychawa Miasto Etap 2 – budowa obiektów małej architektury, instalacji oświetlenia terenu i monitoringu Zakres Części I obejmuje w szczególności: 1) demontaż istniejących elementów małej architektury; 2) demontaż istniejącej oświetleniowej linii kablowej nN oraz słupów oświetleniowych; 3) montaż elementów małej architektury i elementów zabawowych oraz wykonanie bezpiecznej nawierzchni; 4) budowę zalicznikowych oświetleniowych linii kablowych nN, słupów oświetleniowych i szafy oświetleniowej; 5) budowę kanalizacji teletechnicznej wraz z telekomunikacyjnymi liniami kablowymi i szafami telekomunikacyjnymi na potrzeby monitoringu CCTV; 6) budowę zalicznikowych linii kablowych WLZ; 7) wykonanie nasadzeń roślinnych; 8) budowę schodów terenowych wraz z chodnikiem; 9) gospodarkę szatą roślinną.
