1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w zasobach stanowiących własność Gminy Miasta Suwałki w zakresie: 1) Remontu wolnego lokalu mieszkalnego Nr 1 w budynku przy ul. Kościuszki 34 w Suwałkach, 2) Remontu wolnego lokalu mieszkalnego Nr 19 w budynku przy ul. Raczkowskiej 183 w Suwałkach, 3) Remontu wolnego lokalu mieszkalnego Nr 18 w budynku Osiedle II bl. 4A w Suwałkach, 4) Remontu wolnego lokalu mieszkalnego Nr 10 w budynku Osiedle II bl. 9 w Suwałkach, 2. Szczegółowy zakres obowiązków Wykonawcy wyszczególniono w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 6 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ – Opisy Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). Dodatkowo Zamawiający udostępnia przedmiary robót jako dokument pomocniczy. 4.
