1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zdania pn.: „Adaptacja pomieszczeń budynku A2 na potrzeby Zespołu Poradni Specjalistycznych Centrum Kliniczno-Dydaktycznego w Centralnym Szpitalu Klinicznym Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi". 2. Inwestycja realizowana jest w ramach dofinansowania nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25-00/305/2026/57, Projektu nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25 pn. „Rozwój i unowocześnienie Zespołu Poradni Specjalistycznych CKD w Centralnym Szpitalu Klinicznym Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi” w ramach działania FENX.06.01 System ochrony zdrowia, priorytet FENX.06 Zdrowie Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027. 3.
