1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa stołówki z kuchnią wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą w Łomży. Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisano w załącznikach nr 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 do SWZ. 2. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: teren zamknięty - Al. Legionów, Łomża, woj. warmińsko-mazurskie. 3. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na przedmiot umowy na okres: 60 miesięcy. 4. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczony sprzęt i wyposażenie na okres: 60 miesięcy. 5. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji szczelności dla konstrukcji żelbetowej wykonanej w technologii „białej wanny”, w tym doszczelnienie ewentualnych przecieków dla części podziemnej budynku na okres: 60 miesięcy. 6. Okres rękojmi: a) za wady fizyczne: 60 miesięcy – według art. 568 § 1 K.C. b) szczelności dla konstrukcji żelbetowej wykonanej w technologii „białej wanny”, w tym doszczelnienie ewentualnych przecieków dla części podziemnej budynku: 60 miesięcy. 7.
