Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przebudowa budynku Collegium Iuridicum z przestrzenią Paramuzeum UAM w przyziemiu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został opisany w dokumentacji projektowej, STWiOR, przedmiarach robót, opisie przedmiotu zamówienia [załączniki nr 10]. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Minimalne okresy gwarancji: 1) na roboty budowlane oraz zamontowane materiały i urządzenia Wykonawca udziela gwarancji na okres minimum 36 miesięcy od daty podpisania przez Strony protokołu odbioru końcowego; Uwaga: Okres gwarancji jakości na wykonane roboty budowlane oraz zamontowane materiały i urządzenia stanowi kryterium oceny ofert. 2) rękojmia za wady fizyczne i prawne na materiały, urządzenia, elementy wyposażenia oraz wszelkie prace, roboty budowlane wykonane w ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, udzielona jest na okres 5 lat od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego. Zamawiający na podstawie art. 95 ustawy Pzp wymaga zatrudnienia przez wykonawcę…
