Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usuwanie pojazdów z ulic miasta Bydgoszczy zgodnie z ustawą prawo o ruchu drogowym. Przedmiot zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku do SWZ pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 uPzp. Ewentualne zamówienia podobne: 1) będą obejmowały zwiększony zakres prac określonych w załączniku do swz pn „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”, 2) zawarcie umowy poprzedzone zostanie stosownym zaproszeniem do negocjacji oraz negocjacjami. 3. TERMIN WYKONANIA ZAMÓWIENIA od dnia 1 stycznia 2027 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 r., z zastrzeżeniem, iż w przypadku zawarcia umowy w terminie uniemożliwiającym realizację zamówienia we wskazanym terminie, początkowy termin realizacji zamówienia zostanie przesunięty o odpowiedni okres.
