“Servicii de intretinere, constatare/diagnosticare, reglari si reparatii, inclusiv furnizare de piese de schimb si materiale de exploatare pentru autovehiculele tip FREZE zapada FRESIA” Valoarea contractului = 3,998,559.60 (lei fara TVA), din care REZERVA DE IMPLEMENTARE este de 1,142,445.60 (lei fara TVA). REZERVA DE IMPLEMENTARE: suma fixa alocata de Autoritatea contractanta din care se pot deconta valorile unor cantitati suplimentare de piese de schimb necuprinse in Anexa nr. 1 si manoperele aferente. A. Conform art. 160 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu Documentatia de Atribuire este: - primul termen este cu 26 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; - al doilea termen este cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
