Predmet javnega naročila je: a) nadgradnja orodja naročnika za analizo kakovosti podatkov iz pametnih števcev (v nadaljevanju: orodje), b) vzdrževanje nadgrajenega orodja za obdobje 36 mesecev od dokončnega prevzema ter c) izvedba opcijskih prilagoditev in dodatnih storitev, neposredno povezanih s predmetom naročila, v največjem predvidenem obsegu 1.000 ur, v skladu z zahtevami iz te dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila in Specifikacijo zahtev naročnika.
