Description

Upphandlingen avser totalentreprenad enligt ABT 06 för ombyggnad och hyresgästanpassning av Rektangeln inom SkyCity Office One (SCOO) vid Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Entreprenaden omfattar cirka 7 000 m² BTA och innefattar bland annat bygg- och installationsarbeten, erforderlig projektering samt anpassning och samordning mot befintliga tekniska system. Arbetena genomförs i befintlig byggnad med pågående verksamhet, vilket ställer särskilda krav på planering, samordning och begränsning av verksamhetspåverkan. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering enligt LUF. I detta första steg inbjuds leverantörer att ansöka om att få lämna anbud. Samtliga anbudssökande som uppfyller kvalificeringskraven och inte omfattas av någon tillämplig uteslutningsgrund kommer att bjudas in till steg 2.
