Description
Upphandlingen omfattar en tjänstekoncession (LUK) avseende tillhandahållande, drift och förvaltning av en tjänst för fysiska och digitala presentkort. Med presentkort avses ett värdebevis med ett på förhand bestämt penningvärde som kan användas som betalningsmedel hos en angiven butik, butikskedja, restaurang eller annat liknande inköpsställe. I begreppet butik innefattas även sådana butiker som endast säljer produkter, tjänster eller upplevelser på internet, så kallade nätbutiker.
