Avtalet avser ramavtal avseende byggtjänster och byggservice vid ombyggnads- och underhållsarbeten, lokalanpassningar, reparationer och mindre nyproduktioner inom beställarens hela fastighetsbestånd och därmed i olika typer av verksamheter i Orust kommun. Ramavtalet omfattar även arbeten inom sådana andra fackområden, såsom exempelvis mark- och anläggningsarbeten, måleriarbeten, golvarbeten, elarbeten och VVS- och kyltekniska arbeten, som erfordras för genomförande av projekt som avropats som totalentreprenad på generalentreprenad. Beställaren äger dock alltid rätt att låta sådana andra fackområden ingå i sidoentreprenad. Ramavtalets takvolym för Orust kommun (innefattandes eventuella förlängningsperioder) är 68 000 000 kr. Ramavtalets takvolym för Stiftelsen Orustbostäder (innefattandes eventuella förlängningsperioder) är 60 000 000 kr. Ramavtalet omfattar ej upphandling av utförandeentreprenader enligt AB 04.
