Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der vollständige Rückbau des Pavillons Nord und der Passerelle am ehemaligen Kinderspital-Areal in Zürich. Die zur Wiederverwendung oder Vermittlung vorgesehenen Bauteile und Module sind selektiv auszubauen, zu kennzeichnen und auf dem Grundstück zwischenzulagern. Sämtliche übrigen Bauteile sind fachgerecht rückzubauen sowie der Verwertung oder Entsorgung zuzuführen. Bestandteil der Beschaffung sind sämtliche für die Ausführung erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, insbesondere Baustelleneinrichtung, Schutz- und Sicherungsmassnahmen, Materialtrennung, Transporte, Zwischenlagerung, Rückbau der Fundationen sowie die Dokumentation der Materialflüsse und Entsorgungswege.
