Description
Le poste existant de Botterens comprend une installation électrique de 220 kV ainsi qu'une autre installation de 60 kV. Le poste 220 kV appartient à Swissgrid tandis que le poste 60 kV à l'entité Groupe E. Le poste 220 kV ayant été construit dans les années 1980 arrive à la fin de sa durée de vie technique. La majeure partie de l'installation doit donc être remplacée. Ce remplacement des équipements de Swissgrid entraînera des répercussions directes sur le gestionnaire de réseau Groupe E. Il est donc important que cette rénovation se fasse avec le moins d'interruptions d'approvisionnement possible. Une des exigences du projet est également de permettre, à la suite de cette rénovation, une dissociation des deux entités Swissgrid et Groupe E sur le site du poste de Botterens. Pour cela, un nouveau bâtiment d'exploitation est prévu. Dans le cadre du présent appel d'offres, les travaux suivants doivent être exécutés : * Installation de chantier, y compris clôtures et mesures de sécurité…
