Description
Yorkshire Water intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of specialist high-voltage (HV) electrical design, protection studies, design and build, maintenance and inspection, together with air circuit breaker (ACB) replacement and maintenance services. The Framework Agreement will provide a resilient and competitive route to qualified suppliers for safety-critical activities supporting Yorkshire Water's statutory, regulatory and health and safety obligations. The Framework Agreement will introduce a dedicated route for ACB replacement and maintenance activity. It will support planned, urgent, reactive and complex works through lot-specific call-off arrangements. Suppliers may tender for one or more Lots, subject to meeting the relevant Conditions of Participation and requirements set out in the procurement documents.
