Description
The College is seeking tenders for the supply and conversion of a mobile immersive learning vehicle to provide an accessible, flexible and interactive learning environment for learners with Additional Learning Needs and the wider College curriculum. The requirement includes the supply of a suitable vehicle, conversion and internal fit-out, installation and integration of immersive audio-visual and interactive technology, accessibility adaptations, furniture, power systems, testing, commissioning and staff training. The successful supplier will be responsible for delivering a complete, fully integrated and operational solution, including all necessary certifications, warranties and supporting documentation. The vehicle will enable learners to experience and practise real-world situations in a safe and supportive environment, supporting the development of independence, confidence, communication, life skills, employability and preparedness for everyday situations.
