À la gare centrale d'Anvers, divers événements sont organisés depuis plusieurs années déjà et la demande ne cesse de croître chaque année. Un espace s’est libéré, que la SNCB a mis à disposition à titre expérimental en tant que lieu d’événements. Suite à une évaluation positive, la SNCB recherche un concessionnaire pour exploiter cet espace en tant que lieu d’événements. L’objectif est de mettre encore davantage en avant la gare en tant que lieu où l’on peut faire bien plus que simplement prendre le train.
