Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van vers vlees. De opdracht is geldig voor 24 maanden met bijkomend 2 mogelijke verlengingen van telkens 12 maanden. De raming opgegeven in de inventaris, zijn de gezamenlijke vermoedelijke hoeveelheden voor 1 jaar. De leveringen gebeuren telkens na ontvangst van individuele bestellingen. De opgegeven hoeveelheden zijn louter indicatief. Zij binden de bestellende overheden op geen enkele wijze. De leverancier kan geen schadevergoeding eisen indien deze vermoedelijke hoeveelheden niet bereikt worden.
