Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на Изпълнители, притежаващи професионална квалификация в упражняването на консултантски услуги по смисъла на чл.166, ал.1, т.1 от ЗУТ и чл.168, ал.1 от ЗУТ, а именно упражняване на строителен надзор за гарантиране законосъобразното изпълнение на СМР и разрешаване ползването на обектите, включени в обхвата на обществената поръчка, както и изготвяне на окончателен доклад за всеки един обект. Изпълнителят носи отговорност за дейностите и задълженията му като участник в инвестиционния процес, регламентирани в чл. 166 и чл. 168 от ЗУТ.
