Description
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody pro každou její část s jedním dodavatelem dle § 131 a násl. ZVZ na průběžnou dodávku motorové nafty v roce 2027 pro potřeby jednotlivých organizačních jednotek zadavatele včetně dopravy do úložišť. K plnění na základě rámcové dohody dojde postupem bez obnovení soutěže v souladu s § 134 ZVZ, tj. vystavením objednávek ze strany zadavatele. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na 4 části, nabídky budou posuzovány a hodnoceny samostatně pro každou část veřejné zakázky. Předpokládaný objem odebrané nafty po dobu trvání rámcové dohody činí 1 942 000 litrů, zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo neodebrat celé množství předpokládaného objemu.
