Předmětem VZ je zajištění státních hmotných rezerv formou rezervace 1 008 000 litrů mléka (v balení o objemu 1 litr) trvanlivého polotučného ošetřeného UHT (dále také jen „MTPO“ nebo „HR MTPO“) s podmínkou možného budoucího odkoupení celého rezervovaného objemu MTPO nebo jeho části. HR MTPO bude v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, považována za majetek České republiky s příslušností hospodařit pro zadavatele. Předmět VZ je rozdělen na 2 (dvě) části: 1. část VZ: rezervace 504 000 litrů MTPO 2. část VZ: rezervace 504 000 litrů MTPO
